Position: Construction Superintendent
About: Trillium Construction is hiring a Superintendent for a client in Flowood, MS specializing in Commercial Construction. Our client is a leading general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mixed-use commercial construction projects on time and within budget. Their portfolio includes retail spaces, office buildings, institutions, churches, and hospitality developments.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably in mixed-use developments; strong knowledge of ground-up construction, site development, and interior finishes; experience working with retail, multi-family residential, office, or hospitality components; proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project); strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings; knowledge of local building codes, permits, and safety regulations; OSHA 30 Certification preferred; ability to travel to project sites as needed
