Position: Construction Sales Representative and Estimating
About: Polli Construction is a general contractor in South Burlington specializing in residential renovations, repairs, and additions, with a growing focus on commercial construction. Known for high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, we are expanding our team and looking for a talented and detail-oriented Estimator.
Requirements: Several years of experience in construction estimating; Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes; Comfortable working in Google Workspace and CRM software (Hubspot); Problem-solving skills; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Effective communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines; Friendly demeanor; Driver’s License (Required)
