Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated construction Project Director to estimate and close sales for the company. This highly compensated position offers a base salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential. The Project Director plays a key role in managing restoration projects for various property types damaged by disasters, ensuring budget adherence and project completion.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to the role preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry; extensive construction estimating experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate software; strong communication and project management skills; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
