Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Director to estimate and close sales. This position offers a starting salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential. The role is hybrid, reporting to the Little Rock office but open to candidates in the Northwest or Central Arkansas area. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry; Extensive construction estimating experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience with Xactimate and other estimating software preferred; Strong communication and project management skills; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications a plus.
