Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated construction Project Director to estimate and close sales. This role offers a starting salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential. The Project Director oversees restoration projects for commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties impacted by disasters.
Requirements: 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry; extensive construction estimating or large loss and catastrophe experience; ability to attend business development networking functions; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of project management and financial processes; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
