Position: Construction Project Director

This position plays a vital role in estimating and closing sales, offering a starting salary ranging from $75,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, with uncapped commission potential. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record; extensive construction estimating experience; ability to attend occasional evening networking functions; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate; strong communication, project management, and financial skills; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications a plus
