Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Director to join their team. This position offers a highly competitive starting salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to the role preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth; extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; must be able to attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software preferred; experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills required; strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration required; strong business ethics, integrity, and the ability to perform in highly autonomous environments required; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
