Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated construction Project Director to estimate and close sales. This position offers a starting salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with uncapped commission potential. Requirements: 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry; extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; ability to attend Business Development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills required; strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration; strong business ethics, integrity, and the ability to perform in highly autonomous environments; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to the role is preferred
