Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Director to join their team. This key role involves estimating and closing sales, offering a starting salary of $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with uncapped commission potential. The Project Director will be responsible for managing various restoration projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements: 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with proven sales growth; extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; ability to attend Business Development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; experience with Xactimate and other estimating software preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration; strong business ethics and integrity; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
