Position: Construction Project Director

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth; Extensive construction estimating experience required; Ability to attend business development networking functions; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; Strong communication skills; Knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
