Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated construction Project Director to join their team. The Project Directors play a crucial role in estimating and closing sales, with a starting salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, along with uncapped commission potential. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry; extensive construction estimating or large loss/catastrophe experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Xactimate and estimating software preferred; strong communication and project management skills; OSHA certifications preferred
