Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a Construction Project Director to estimate and close sales for restoration projects. The position offers a starting salary range of $70,000 to $110,000, with uncapped commission potential. Requirements: 5 years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry; extensive construction estimating and large loss/catastrophe experience; ability to attend business development networking functions; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; experience with Xactimate and other estimating software preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills; strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration; strong business ethics and integrity; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
