Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Director to join their team. The Project Director plays a vital role in estimating and closing construction projects, offering a competitive starting salary between $70,000 and $110,000 plus uncapped commission potential. The Project Director is responsible for managing restoration projects in various property types affected by disasters, ensuring cost estimates and project budgets are adhered to.
Requirements: 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with proven sales growth track record; extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; ability to attend business development networking functions; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; proficiency with Xactimate and other estimating software preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration; strong business ethics, integrity, and autonomy; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to the role preferred
