Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Director to join their team. The position offers a competitive starting salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential. This role is a hybrid position reporting to the Little Rock office, with the flexibility to reside in the Northwest or Central Arkansas area. The Project Director will play a critical role in estimating, closing sales, and managing restoration projects for various property types affected by disasters.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry; extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate software; strong communication and project management skills; OSHA 10 or 30, and CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus
