Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Director to join their team. The Project Director plays a vital role in estimating, closing sales, and managing restoration projects across commercial, residential, and healthcare properties affected by disasters.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry; extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
