Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a construction Project Director to estimate and close sales with a starting salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, along with uncapped commission potential. This position is highly compensated, with a focus on managing restoration projects for commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties affected by disasters.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry; extensive construction estimating experience; ability to attend business development networking functions; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of project management and financial processes; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred.
