Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a construction Project Director for their organization. This role offers a starting salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with uncapped commission potential. The position is a hybrid role reporting to the Little Rock office but allows for residence in the Northwest or Central Arkansas area. Requirements: 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth; Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; Ability to attend Business Development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to the role is preferred; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
