Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Director to estimate, close sales, and lead restoration projects. With a starting salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 and uncapped commission potential, this position offers significant compensation. Requirements: 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with proven sales growth; extensive construction estimating or large loss/catastrophe experience; attendance at business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
