Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Director to join their team. The Project Director plays a crucial role in estimating, closing sales, and managing restoration projects for various types of properties. Requirements: 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth; Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; Experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software preferred; Strong written and verbal communication skills required; Strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration required; Strong business ethics, integrity, and the ability to perform in highly autonomous environments required; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
