Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated Project Director to join their team. The Project Director plays a vital role in estimating and closing sales, with a competitive salary starting at $70,000 and reaching up to $100,000, accompanied by uncapped commission potential. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry required; extensive construction estimating experience necessary; proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Xactimate and other estimating software; strong communication skills; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
