Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Director to join their team. This position offers a starting salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, along with uncapped commission potential. The role is hybrid, reporting to the Little Rock office while having the flexibility to reside in the Northwest or Central Arkansas area. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry; extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
