Position: Construction Project Director

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry; extensive construction estimating or large loss and catastrophe experience; ability to attend evening networking functions; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of project management and financial processes; strong business ethics and integrity; OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred.
