Position: Construction Project Director
About: BluSky Restoration is seeking a dedicated construction Project Director to estimate and close sales for restoration projects. This role offers a competitive starting salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with uncapped commission potential. The Project Director plays a pivotal role in managing various property restoration projects in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, and residential properties.
Requirements: 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry; extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience; ability to attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software preferred
