Position: Conference Services Executive
About: The Boca Raton is seeking a Conference Service Manager to oversee all events at the Boca in collaboration with the Director of Catering and Conference Services. The role involves managing Banquet/Conference Operations, Administration, Communication, and Innovative Menu Development for events at the Boca Raton.
Requirements: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace; Working knowledge of Food and Beverage sales as well as Hotel Operations; Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; Ability to prepare and analyze data, figures, and computer-generated transcriptions; Must possess computer skills; Hotel or Hospitality Degree at bachelor’s Level or unrelated degree with relevant hospitality experience; Minimum 2 years in Banquet/Catering/Convention or Food and Beverage related operation; Working knowledge of computer systems
