Position: Conference Service Manager
About: Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina, a luxury resort located on Oahu’s sunny Western Coast, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Events Coordinator to join their team. The resort offers a unique Modern Hawaiian vibe with chic accommodations, vibrant restaurants and bars, and a variety of recreational activities for guests to enjoy.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in conference services and event management, preferably in a luxury resort, high-end hotel, or conference center environment; exceptional verbal and written communication skills; customer-focused attitude with the ability to deliver results in a luxury service environment; strong organizational skills with attention to detail; proficiency in event management software; ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment; awareness of and sensitivity to diverse cultural preferences; proactive problem-solving skills; legal work authorization in the United States
