Position: Conference Service Event Planner

The role involves coordinating various types of events, such as conferences and special events, with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; Financial and/or corporate event experience highly preferred; 3+ years of experience; Strong commitment to provide excellent customer service; Experience with senior leadership and executives required; Computer/technology skills required, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Event Planning programs, and audio-visual equipment; Maintain professional demeanor and communication in high-stress situations; Problem-solving and interpersonal skills in high-pressure situations; Excellent organizational skills; Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred; High attention to detail; Expert communication with internal, external, and client representatives; Creativity in event direction, set-up, budgeting, and execution; Self-starter who is able to work independently on smaller projects as well as part of a larger team for larger events
Benefits: $61,100-$90,800 annual salary range, Bonus potential up to 20% of base salary, Compensation and bonus commensurate with experience, performance, and/or firm profitability
