About: Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Events Planner to partner with Gartner Business Units in delivering internal events for Gartner associates, focusing on event logistics such as venue management, production, food and beverage, and content.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 1-2 years event management experience; Proven project logistic & management skills; Flexibility and adaptability to work independently; Financial/budget management experience; Results-oriented drive and a solid work ethic; Outstanding written and verbal communications skills; Competent in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, and OneDrive; Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; Proactive problem-solving skills; Strong service ethic and superior executive presence; Ability to work a flexible schedule; Ability to travel up to 20-30%
