Position: Conference Coordinator
About: The Conference Management Team within UW Conferences & Events is looking for a highly detail-oriented and self-motivated professional to join as a Conference Coordinator. Responsibilities include helping to plan and manage multiple academic and professional conferences both on and off campus, working closely with campus departments and conference organizers to plan and implement events effectively.
Requirements: Preferred Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum of 1 year of event planning and/or event management experience; Experience using computerized scheduling and registration software systems; Experience working directly with customers to plan conferences and/or events, including specifying the number of events assisted in planning per year
