Position: Conference Center Coordinator

About: K&L Gates, a global law firm with a strong presence in over 40 offices across five continents, is seeking a Conference Center Coordinator to join their Boston office. The role involves overseeing reception, conference rooms, catering functions, and providing administrative and office services support to ensure seamless office operations.

Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree; at least two years of experience in a client services/reception role within a professional services or related office environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office software, conference room scheduling software, and office equipment operation; ability to work independently and in a team, supervise others, and handle multiple tasks efficiently; strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in client interactions; willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to varying work schedules and responsibilities
