Position: Concessions Manager- Indianapolis Zoo
About: Aramark is currently seeking a Concessions Manager to support the Indianapolis Zoo. The Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing concessions stand operations to support all events at the Zoo.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 2 years of related experience in a management or supervisor role required; Previous experience in special events or high-volume food and beverage quick service operations required; Must have excellent communication and organizational skills; Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamic; Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required; Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand for extended periods of time; Must have availability to work event-based hours including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hours
