Position: Concessions Manager

Requirements: Associate’s degree; One to two plus years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Previous management experience in a similar venue; Strong orientation to customer service and ability to collaborate with other staff members in the facility; Demonstrated ability to control costs, generate increased revenue and manage accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting; Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and inter-personal skills; Ability to train workers in food preparation and cooking; Communicates efficiently and effectively (Bilingual – English/Spanish – a plus); Ability to function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office
