Position: Concessions Cook (2025 season)
About: Breese Stevens Field, an outdoor event venue operated by BIG TOP EVENTS LLC, is seeking experienced Cooks to join their team for the upcoming event season. Cooks play a vital role in preparing high volumes of concessions menu items while upholding quality standards within a fast-paced and hot kitchen environment. Responsibilities include following food preparation guidelines, using kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and fostering a positive work environment. This part-time, hourly position primarily covers daytime and early evening shifts during weekdays and weekends from early April to late October.
Requirements: Prior kitchen experience required; ability to work in a fast-paced, hot environment; familiarity with grills, fryers, and kitchen prep work; adhering to cleanliness and health standards; creating a positive work environment
