Position: Concessions Bartender | Part-Time | Moody Center
About: Oak View Group, a company dedicated to providing excellent beverage service in a fast-paced environment, is seeking a Bartender to join their team. The role offers an hourly wage of $10 to $12 plus tips, and the opportunity for part-time employees to benefit from a 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and accrued paid leave.
Requirements: Six months or more experience bartending in a high-volume environment; ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through a POS system; ability to meet company standards of excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards; demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; knowledge or ability to learn about various beer, wine, and spirits available; ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours; bartending school preferred.
