Position: Concession Grill Cook
About: The Centennial Grill is currently seeking a Concession Grill Cook responsible for all day-to-day frontline food preparation and cooking at the grill, including grilling, frying, equipment maintenance, sanitation, temperature checks, and dish duty.
Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old; Minimum one (1) year of experience in food operations or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Ability to operate kitchen machinery and tools; Possession of, or the ability to obtain, Illinois Food Handler’s Certification within one (1) month of hire; Exposure to various kitchen elements like heat, smoke, steam, and cleaning chemicals; Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move objects weighing 30 lbs; Physical demands include prolonged lifting, stooping, bending, twisting, standing, and climbing.
