About: NFI Industries is seeking a Quality Control Checker to accurately verify all products for incoming and outgoing shipments. The Quality Control Checker plays a crucial role in ensuring the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of outgoing orders are correct, reporting any shortages, damages, or incorrect shipments, and verifying order contents filled by order selectors. They compare the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with customer orders to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and accurate in a fast-paced environment at NFI Industries in Los Angeles County.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role; proficiency in computer applications using MS Office; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong analytical and mathematical abilities; exceptional customer service skills; able to work independently; high school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift and/or pull 50 pounds without restrictions; follow management instructions; capacity and availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed; able to stand and walk for continuous periods of time.
