Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; knowledge of state specific requirements for assigned states; familiarity with Concord Management policies and procedures; intermediate knowledge of computer programs including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Property Management Software; positive attitude and excellent communication skills; ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and resolve conflicts; attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data; 2+ years of experience with Housing Credit and federally assisted programs; experience in reviewing detailed documentation; experience in a fast-paced environment preferred; ability to speak, read, and write English
