Position: Compensation Systems Consultant
About: HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Compensation Systems Consultant to join their team. HCA Healthcare has committed up to $300 million in programs to support their team members over the course of three years.
Requirements: Bachelors degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred; 5+ years of experience in compensation, analytics, or related fields required; 3+ years of experience in Healthcare, general industry, and consulting preferred; Certified Compensation Professional Certificate preferred; Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modeling required; Proficiency in Excel and tools such as Power BI required; Proficiency in an HRIS System, preferably related to administering compensation required; Exceptional communication and presentation skills required; Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams required; Strong business acumen and ability to align compensation strategies with organizational goals required; Proficiency in SQL preferred; In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, methodologies, and best practices preferred; Familiarity with job evaluation techniques, salary surveys, and market benchmarking preferred
