Position: Compensation Systems Consultant

Requirements: Bachelors degree required; Master’s degree preferred; 5+ years of compensation, analytics, or related experience required; 3+ years of Healthcare, general industry, and consulting experience preferred; Certified Compensation Professional Certificate preferred; Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modeling required; Proficiency in Excel and tools like Power BI required; Proficiency in an HRIS System, especially in administering compensation required; Exceptional communication and presentation skills required; Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects required; Strong business acumen and ability to align compensation strategies with organizational goals required; Proficiency in SQL preferred; In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, methodologies, and best practices preferred; Familiarity with job evaluation techniques, salary surveys, and market benchmarking preferred.
