Position: Compensation Manager (Alabama)
About: Orlando Health’s Alabama Region is looking for a Compensation Manager to manage and participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of compensation processes, programs, policies, and systems.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; five (5) years compensation-related experience required, including a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in compensation administration; advanced knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of HRIS applications
