Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in public administration, human resources management, business administration, economics, finance, political sciences, or related field; Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Compensation Analyst (CCA), or related designation preferred; Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, compensation and benefits, total rewards management, human resources, or related field; Ability to travel, as needed, with travel ranging from 15 to 40% annually; Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and multitask in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in intermediate Excel functions such as pivot tables, xlookup, date functions, conditional formatting, formulas, charts/graphs, and regression analysis; Demonstrated expertise in compensation areas like job matching, market pricing, job evaluation, pay structures, pay policies, and compensation laws and regulations; Strong written and oral communication skills for report writing, presentations, and facilitation of large meetings.
