Position: Compensation Consultant – Human Resources
About: Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Compensation Consultant to join their Human Resources organization. The consultant will evaluate and process positions within Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) for placement in the salary structure, providing guidance on equity placements, reclassifications, new positions, and more. This is a full-time opportunity with a weekday schedule from Monday to Friday.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Human Resources; minimum of 5 years of human resources experience with a background in compensation and/or recruitment; experience working in a healthcare firm preferred; Certified Compensation Professional Certification preferred; Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred; computer proficiency in MS Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and Access.
