Position: Community Onsite Operations Manager

About: HOALiving is a network of community association management and service companies. They aim to exceed the expectations of residents by identifying and meeting the evolving needs of homeowners, boards, and various stakeholders involved with community associations. HOALiving fosters knowledge exchange and continuous improvement to make community associations preferred places to call home. They serve over 200 communities across Utah and Southern Idaho, leading in community association management as the only portfolio Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) in the region.

Requirements: Successfully pass pre-employment screenings and background/reference checks; Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; Ability to travel to work on call and weekends; Aptitude to work independently with minimal supervision; Willingness to report to supervising management staff; Capability to coordinate/manage multiple projects at the same time; Focus to follow through with assigned tasks; Ability to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and customers/clients of all professional levels; Capacity to manage emergencies and special high-stress situations; Demonstrate responsibility in supervision and leadership of additional onsite staff members as applicable; Exhibit leadership in maintaining high standards of professional behavior; Display organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, creative, and independent thinking; Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality professionalism, customer service, and integrity; Bilingual is advantageous, but not required
