Position: Community Manager

About: The company is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations and administration of a community association. The role involves interacting with various stakeholders such as homeowners, vendors, board members, committee members, and staff at the Associa Client Shared Service Center and branch office. Duties include supervising operations, serving as a liaison with the Association Board of Directors, managing administrative tasks, ensuring effective utilization of community management tools, reviewing financial reports, providing recommendations on capital expenditures, monitoring delinquency rates, attending meetings and events, maintaining records, managing vendor relationships, overseeing staff, and coordinating facility inspections.

Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level; Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations; Knowledge of the association board and the Community Association Manager roles and their interactions with homeowners’ requests; Knowledge of business correspondence at a proficient level; Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level; Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.); Professional customer service skills; Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player; Time management and time-critical prioritization skills; Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred; 1-3 years of Community Association experience
