Position: Community Manager

Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; 3 years as a Community Manager of 300 units; excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; leadership/supervisory skills; excellent sales skills; ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals; ability to write reports and business correspondence; ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area; ability to apply concepts of basic math; ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; knowledge of operations software used at the property level; Outlook, Internet software, EXCEL, and WORD
