Position: Community Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
About: The City of Peoria, AZ is seeking a Community Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance technicians servicing building components and equipment at Community Facilities including the Sports Complex and Pools. The position involves scheduling tasks, providing technical assistance, and implementing preventative maintenance practices on various systems within city buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising staff, using a Computerized Maintenance Management System, and possess a working understanding of maintenance practices and procedures.
Requirements: Education: Associate degree or equivalent; Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of related experience; Licenses/Certifications/Special Requirements: Valid AZ Driver’s License upon hire
