Position: Community Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
About: Peoria, AZ is currently seeking a Community Facilities Supervisor for Parks & Recreation. The role involves supervising maintenance technicians servicing building components and equipment at Community Facilities including the Sports Complex and Pools. Responsibilities include scheduling tasks, providing technical assistance, developing goals, maintaining HVAC systems, fire systems, and implementing preventative maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing staff, using a Computerized Maintenance Management System, and understanding common maintenance techniques.
Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent; minimum of three (3) years of related experience; valid AZ Driver’s License
