Position: Community Events Coordinator
About: The City of Lakewood, known for upholding values such as Performance Excellence, Leadership, Respect, and Collaboration, is seeking a Community Events Coordinator to join its Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park team. The park is a 20th-century history park, museum, and festival venue situated on 15 acres within Belmar Park, celebrating the community’s rich heritage.
Requirements: High School degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation, Humanities, Not-for-Profit Management, or related field preferred; 3 years’ experience in a leadership role producing large outdoor community events
