Position: Community (Custodian) Porter
About: Burgundy Hillsboro – New Hope, MN is currently seeking a Community Custodian Porter for Monday to Friday shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Centerspace, with corporate support offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Minot, North Dakota, is a company that provides apartment homes across nine states in the Midwest, focusing on integrity and serving others.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; background in custodial preferred; ability to read and interpret documents, perform basic math calculations, and navigate the internet efficiently; strong physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and operate cleaning equipment
