Position: Communications Manager
About: Michigan Medicine, located in Ann Arbor, is seeking a Communications Manager to be the day-to-day internal communications strategist for the Adult Hospitals, including University Hospital, Frankel Cardiovascular Center, and the D. Dan and Betty Kahn Health Care Pavilion. The role involves developing and executing strategic plans critical to the success of the hospitals.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in a communication-related field such as journalism, communications, or marketing; minimum 7 years of professional experience in public relations, journalism, or related fields; comfortable working in a multi-layered organization with complex relationships; proven experience in managing multiple work streams and developing solutions in complex organizations; excellent written and verbal communication skills
