Position: Communications and Marketing Project Coordinator
About: The Marketing Project Coordinator role involves receiving and processing internal/external communications and marketing requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy before assigning tasks to team members. This position also requires organizational expertise to support department associates, create efficiencies, manage administrative requirements, and contribute to branding, advertising, and community engagement needs within the company.
Requirements: 4-year college degree; or 2-year college degree with 1 year of related work experience, preferably in communications/marketing in a midsize or large bank environment; or High School graduate with 3 years of related work experience, preferably in communications/marketing in a midsize or large bank environment. Basic knowledge of the banking industry; Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy; Strong organizational and prioritization skills; Ability to work independently and as a team for collaboration when needed.
